Join The Brides' Ball Team

If you want it, you need to join the London volunteer committee! In order to get the ball rolling for the upcoming London Brides' Ball (date TBD), we need volunteers to get involved and help plan. The volunteer committee will be hitting the streets and The Ball to help raise awareness, funds, sponsors and ticket sales for The London Brides' Ball and its cause. If you're itching to make a difference and get involved with planning, we'd love to work with you. We're looking for community-minded brides, vendors and professionals to help us make this the best Brides' Ball yet!

The team at TheWeddingRing.ca and The Brides' Ball are encouraging every local business, retailer, wedding vendor and member of the community to take part in this event. There are endless opportunities to give back, either by attending, sponsoring or running promotions in-store with proceeds towards The Brides' Ball event efforts.

Tell us about yourself!

When you contact us, make sure you show us how you can help the team create the best Brides' Ball ever.

  • Sponsors – I know the right people in the business community and know they want to help. I can collect sponsorships.
  • Prizes – I can talk to a million people and businesses and collect a ton of prizes for the Prizes in Pink wall, raffle table, silent auction, bouquet and garter toss prizes.
  • Tickets – I would love to be a Ticket Ambassador. I want to sell tickets to all of my co-workers, friends and all their friends too. And I know the company I'm working for is just dying to buy a couple of tables!
  • Awareness - I can put on a show for the media, raise awareness and have fun doing it. I'd love to team up with my best friends and sell tickets, in tiaras, wherever you need me.
  • Event – I'd want to work the event itself (collecting tickets at the door, selling tickets or tiaras, etc.)
  • Leaders - I can rally volunteers, follow-up on details and plan details in a single bound... Just tell me when to start!
  • Timing is everything - Be sure to include your availability in your email. Volunteers will need to be available roughly two weekends leading up to the event, in addition to meetings and personal legwork.
